Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed

after business hours will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be extended

during promotions or peak periods. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at

checkout). Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions. Nayak Beauty Supply is

not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.

In-Store Pickup Policy

Customers may select in-store pickup at checkout when available. You will receive a confirmation email

when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 business days. Valid photo

identification is required at pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, only unused and unopened items in their

original packaging may be eligible for return within 7–14 days of delivery.Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed minus any applicable shipping fees. We recommend using a

trackable shipping service, as Nayak Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Sisterlocks Product Disclaimer

All Sisterlocks products and related hair care items are final sale. Due to professional-use standards

and hygiene regulations, opened, used, or installed hair products are non-returnable and

non-refundable. We are not responsible for product performance when used outside of manufacturer

guidelines.

Salon Service-Related Product Return Exclusions

Products purchased in conjunction with salon services, including but not limited to installed hair, custom

color blends, treatment applications, or professional styling products used during service, are

non-returnable and non-refundable once applied or installed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging

and product. If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with

the carrier.
